In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for September 03, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 015-2025 – Skeleton Lake Estates Area Structure Plan
Bylaw 016-2025 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Pt. of NW 13-65-19-W4M as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto from Agriculture (A) District to Country Residential (CR1) District.
