In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for July 14, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
The Public Hearing is being held to allow the public input on Bylaw 016-2020.
Bylaw No. 016-2020 proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing NW-10-72-17-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agricultural (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
