In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for March 26, 2026 starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 016-2026 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing +/- 6.82 ha (16.85 acres) of Pt. NW 17-68-19-W4M as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Heavy Industrial (M2) District.
