In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for June 8, 2021, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 012-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the SE-8-72-17-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
