In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
The Public Hearing is being held to allow the public input on the following Bylaw:
Bylaw 005-2021
A bylaw of Athabasca County for the purposes of adopting the Haley’s Point Area Structure Plan for E 1/2 6 & SE 7-66-22 W4.
The proposed Area Structure Plan can be viewed by clicking below or a copy may be picked up at the County Office during regular working hours.
Anyone wishing to address Council on these matters may provide a written statement by 12 noon, March 24, 2021, by forwarding it to:
