Planning & Development

The Planning & Development Department’s role includes assisting the public with the processing of applications for development, subdivision and redistricting, providing certificates of compliance, creating and updating planning documents, preparing reports to council and boards, as well as other land use and planning related matters. We strongly recommend scheduling a pre-application appointment to meet with one of our Development Officers to discuss your project.
