Please note that waterline construction will be occurring in Grassland on Tuesday, August 11th. Water will need to be turned off periodically through the day for portions of this work. Residents in the affected area may be without water throughout the day.
During and a few hours after this work you might encounter lower water pressure, turbidity (cloudiness) & odor. Please notify Athabasca County if any of these conditions remain two days after work is complete. Please be advised that PRIOR to this system maintenance, you should obtain and store an amount of water that you feel will suffice for your own needs as water supply pressure may fluctuate for the duration of this period.
Upon completion of this project, you may need to flush the taps within your own homes or businesses to clear any cloudiness from within the waterlines which may occur due to pressure fluctuations.
