Please be advised that effective July 4, 2019 Athabasca County has updated its FIRE STATUS:
Athabasca County has lifted the FIRE ADVISORY for the area of the County outside of the Forest Protection Area.
Safe campfires are now allowed in all campgrounds and random camping areas. Any burning other than campfires requires a fire permit.
