| 1 | Up to 0.50 acres |
| 2 | 0.51 to 5.99 acres |
| 3 | 6.00 to 10.99 acres |
| 4 | 11.00 to 81.00 acres |
| 6 | Greater than 81.00 acres |
These are for personal use only and apply to parcels zoned as Agriculture (A), Country Residential (CR1), Hamlet Residential (HR), Manufactured Home Park Community (MHPC) and the Recreational Commercial (C4).
A development permit is required to exceed this requirement.
