A friendly reminder for community groups to submit to the Community Assistance Grant program before the April 30, 2025, deadline.
The Community Assistance Grant, a 50:50 matching grant, helps to alleviate the costs of recreation initiatives. Priority is given to operational, energy efficiency, accessibility and public health and safety projects. Previously funded projects have included lighting and electrical upgrades, ditching, landscaping and accessible ramp installs.
