On April 24th, County Council moved Bylaw 009-2025: Water & Sewer Charges Amendment, to take effect on May 1st, 2025.
The new rates are as follows:

Residential (per dwelling unit) / Commercial (per service)
Minimum Charge: 5m3
Usage Fee: $4.24/m3
Sewer Charge: 35% of the actual monthly water billing
GRASSLAND & WANDERING RIVER HAMLET
Residential (per dwelling unit) / Commercial (per service)
Minimum Charge: 5m3
Usage Fee: $6/m3
Sewer Charge: 35% of the actual monthly water billing
ROCHESTER HAMLET
Residential (per dwelling unit) / Commercial (per service)
Residential Sewer Charge: $20.00 per month
Commercial Sewer Charge: $37.08 per month
RURAL SUBDIVISIONS

Usage Fee: $6/m3

New Service Connection Fee – Meter size 1.5” and under: $550.00
