Assessors from Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. (AAG) will be conducting annual inspections from December 2025 to February 2026. Assessors will be out Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
The Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Athabasca County and Accurate Assessment logos on doors and wearing photo ID under Accurate Assessment Group Ltd.
Here are a few key points on assessments:
- All municipalities must prepare annual assessments for each property under the Municipal Government Act. Inspections ensure properties are assessed fairly and accurately.
- Inspections are conducted by a County-appointed assessor. If the assessor is unable to speak to the owner, or if the property is gated, they will leave a call back card with more information.
