Assessors from Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. (AAG) will be conducting Annual Assessment Inspections on behalf of Athabasca County December 2025 – February 2026.
Assessors will only be visiting properties throughout Athabasca County where new permits have been issued, construction is ongoing or any other property that needs an inspection as part of their Annual Assessment work.
The 20% re-inspection has occurred earlier in the year. A map of the Re-inspection cycles can be found below.
The Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. logo on doors. They will also be wearing photo ID under the same name.
All inspections will be conducted Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
