Assessors from Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. (AAG) will be conducting re-inspections starting the week of September 22nd 2025. The re-inspections for 2025 will be focused in the Boyle area and includes Ranges 16-20 and Townships 63-66. Assessors will be out Monday – Thursday September 22-25 and then the following week September 29 – October 2.
The Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Athabasca County and Accurate Assessment logos on doors and wearing photo ID under Accurate Assessment Group Ltd.

Here are a few key points on assessments:
- All municipalities must prepare annual assessments for each property under the Municipal Government Act. Inspections ensure properties are assessed fairly and accurately.
- Assessments are conducted by a County-appointed assessor. The assessors are currently visiting properties. If they are unable to speak to the owner, they will leave a call back card with more information.
- Assessors will not enter gated properties but will leave behind a callback card at the gate.
