Compliance Letters

In order to issue a Letter of Compliance, Athabasca County requires a current (6 months old or less) Alberta Real Property Report. Your application must include a current copy of the title (30 days old or less) to ensure the improvements comply with the setbacks and permitted uses of the County’s Land Use Bylaw.

  • Two original copies of a current (6 months old or less) Alberta Real Property Report (Electronic Real Property Reports and Title will be accepted when emailed directly from the surveyor).
  • An Alberta Real Property Report can be obtained from any Alberta Land Surveyor.
  • Please consult our Fee Schedule at the link below to find out the cost of obtaining a Letter of Compliance.
